World Cat Boats Australia

Privacy.

World Cat Boats Australia, specified by Deep Blue Boats, handles an enquiry under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where it applies, the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. We do not sell the list.

What we collect

  • Name, phone, email and the note you send from the enquiry form, WhatsApp or a call.
  • The model you ask about, and the port or timing if you give it.
  • A technical record when you open the site: IP address, browser, pages viewed. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel are on this site for that.

What we use it for

  • To answer the enquiry and specify a World Cat.
  • To keep a record of that conversation.
  • To see which pages are used. Not to build a list for sale.

Who sees it

The desk, and a supplier only if the boat cannot be specified without them — the factory, a freight company, a finance or insurance file you have asked us to open. Hosting, email and the analytics tools above process the technical record. We do not pass an enquiry to a broker we do not act with.

How long

An enquiry stays while the conversation is open, and for the period a warranty, a tax record or a dispute still needs it. Ask and we delete what the law does not require us to keep.

Your request

You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@worldcatboats.com.au or call +61 477 055 044. .
